A cruise is a unique experience so you’ll want to make sure you have all bases covered for your amazing adventure to Grand Bahama Island. Once you’ve booked your cruise, the next steps are just prepping and planning for your adventure to paradise for the perfect beach holiday. Let’s cover a brief overview of what to expect and useful information that’s needed prior to setting sail to Grand Bahama Island.
Travel Documentation: This is important! You want to actually set sail, so bringing the required documents for travel is a requirement, don’t leave home without it! You can visit the Before You Cruise page for a detailed list of acceptable documents. Along with that, if you’re traveling with a minor (17 and under) without either of the parents, you’ll want to have the appropriate minor consent form with you for travel.
Parking & Directions: We have an excellent valet service provided by the Port of Palm Beach that is here to assist you as soon as you arrive at the terminal. Everything you need to know can be found here.
Luggage Allowance: Each guest is permitted to bring two pieces of complimentary luggage, make sure each piece of luggage doesn’t exceed 50lbs., for excess and overweight luggage a small fee will be automatically charged to your onboard account. Luggage will be delivered to you onboard, so a useful tip is to make sure to keep your medications or any belongings that you may need immediate access to with you.
Onboard Credit: Any purchases made onboard will be made through your room card, which is connected to a personal account of your choice, you can also load cash to your account if you prefer.
Internet and Wifi Services: We understand the need to stay connected, even when you are out to sea on vacation; we offer two packages for wifi access to our guests:
Option 1: $15 per device, per day.
Option 2: $25 per device for the full 2-night cruise.
Bahamas Shore Excursions: There are many excursions to choose from to discover paradise, from beach adventures such as jet skiing and kayaking in the Bahamas to the Botanical Gardens or City Sightseeing and Shopping Tour. Excursions can fill up rather quickly, so you’ll want to book your adventure at your earliest convenience once onboard, be sure to visit our excursions page to get a full list of all the adventures that you can go on!
Onboard Experience: We have two beautiful ships that sail daily, and whichever ship you set sail on, your experience will be nothing but the best, so get ready for some onboard fun with entertainment from the Par-A-Dice Casino, to Indulgence Spa and Salon, to Nightlife and Entertainment, to Leisure and Recreational. When setting sail to Grand Bahama Island there is never a dull moment.
What’s Included: Your fare includes round-trip ocean transportation, shipboard accommodations, tons of onboard live entertainment (excluding the adult comedy show), our supervised kids’ program, select beverages such as filtered water, juices, and hot beverages, as well as you all meals (excluding specialty dining).
